This condo is amazing! Over the years the owners have thought of every little thing to make it better and have done just that! First being in at the beginning they picked what they and I believed to be the best position in the complex. Their views from LR/MBR terrace and private solarium are spectacular. Then they didn´t just make a garden of Eden of of the solarium, the floored and planted the common area to both solariums on that level.
Their kitchen island is gas fed for the best cooking so they have a gas grill upstairs as well. The kitchen has excellent overhead lighting and the cabinets have inside lighting which is handy and fun at night.
Both bathrooms have non skid flooring instead of break your hip porceleanato (sp?) and extra glass block at the showers for more privacy.
The guest room has a stand under and stand up in loft queen bed. Full size closets and a queen futon and terrace below. The side to the loft is hinged if you want to change the mattress. The extras are too many to mention but I have a list!
The condo itself is 1300 square feet, the solarium 530 square feet (the size of a small apartment) and the storage room is 150 square feet with a separate trust. There is also a deeded parking slot.
The lagoon now has fish for the first time in years and is clear as a bell. It is great for kayaking to the Catelonia beach which is the nearest public beach . You can also take your own beach chairs over there. The complex´s own pool is wonderful as you can see from the pictures.
